Overview
Refunds must be issued to the original payment method within 10–45 days, depending on the issuing bank. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Regions
We provide international express shipping services to GCC countries (United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar) through our logistics partner DRB Logistics Solutions Company. Shipments originate from Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, and Al Ahsa).
Shipping Process & Conditions
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You are responsible for providing a full and accurate recipient address. In the event of incorrect or insufficient information, we shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery.
Incomplete addresses that require manual intervention will attract a surcharge. We reserve the right to refuse, hold or return any shipment if it is likely to cause damage or delay to other shipments, equipment, or personnel, or if it is prohibited by law.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery timeframes to GCC countries are 2-6 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note:
Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays in Saudi Arabia and the destination country.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.
Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional delivery time.
A maximum of three (3) delivery attempts will be made. If delivery fails after all attempts, the shipment will be classified as undeliverable and returned to our facility.
Delivery Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination country. All prices include fuel surcharge (12%) and postal fees, Dimensional weight may apply for lightweight bulky shipments. Detailed shipping rates are available at checkout and may be subject to change with prior notice.
- No minimum order value is required to benefit from our delivery service.
- Delivery fee of 25 SAR including VAT will be applied for orders less than 499 SAR for KSA.
- Delivery fee of 74 SAR including VAT will be applied for orders less than 499 SAR for GCC countries.
- Free shipping for orders with 499 SAR or above.
- Certain Global items will require an additional fee of SAR17.25 including VAT for import processing and handling as per ZATCA
- We deliver Sunday – Thursday from 8am till 12am.
Proof of Delivery
Upon successful delivery, a proof of delivery signature will be obtained from the recipient. The courier may collect a signature from anyone at the delivery address or leave the package in a designated safe place if authorized by the recipient. Once delivery is confirmed, we are released from any liability regarding the shipment. You can track your order in real-time through the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful after three (3) delivery attempts due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or other issues beyond our control, the shipment will be classified as undeliverable and returned to our facility. Return logistics will be charged at the same rate as the original delivery. The customer will be notified via SMS and email at each delivery attempt.
Import Duties & Customs (GCC Cross-Border)
For international shipments to GCC countries, customs clearance and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and will be charged separately based on destination country regulations. Some items may require special permits or additional documentation. Delays may occur during customs processing, which are outside our control and not included in standard delivery timeframes.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return window for most products from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Products must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
Original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as cosmetics, personal care products, are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
You may request a refund in the following situations:
You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
The product does not match the description on our website.
Your order was lost or significantly delayed (more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery window).
You changed your mind within the 14-day return period and the item meets eligibility criteria.
The product arrived incomplete (missing accessories, components, or parts as advertised).
How to Submit a Return
To initiate a return or refund request:
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
Once approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number.
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Ship the item using the provided return label or arrange pickup through our logistics partner (return shipping costs may apply based on the reason for return).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment is dispatched from our facility.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned following our standard return policy.
- To request a cancellation, contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number.
- If payment has been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or if the delivery address is unreachable or deemed unsafe for delivery. In such cases, customers will be notified immediately and receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products with broken seals (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
- Digital products or downloadable content, Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
